Yes, me too! I think it fits right in with the theory of HIT.
Marty Gallagher gives alot of good info. His book purposeful primitive is a great read. You know, there were many elite powerlifters of the 70's and 80's who trained 1 day a week. A far cry from what lifters train now, doing 4 days and even more per week. Marty apparently trains a group of lifters 1 time a week and all reportedly make great progress.
