Hello again, I'm 25 years old and i had posted on this forum nearly 10 years ago when I was 15 and starting with HIT.For this period i had years without training and i'm here again. My routine is more about strenght/powerlifting.Training around 2times a week.
1.Bench Press - 3-5 reps
2.Bench Press with a board - 3 singles
3. Lat Pulldown - 6-10 reps
4. DB lateral raise 6-10 reps
5. Triceps pushdowns 6-10 reps
1.Squat OR Deadlift (alternate) 3-5 reps
2.DB row - 6-10 reps
3.Leg Curl 6-10 reps
4.Calf on leg press -15-20 reps
Sounds like a solid workout for powerlifting / strength. Thanks for sharing!
